Description
The Cytek® Aurora offers unprecedented assay flexibility and panel complexity thanks to our unique, full spectrum optical design. With up to 5 lasers and 64 fluorescent detectors, the Cytek® Aurora can capture the entire emission spectrum from each fluorochrome. This makes it possible to now run 40 colors in one tube, a first for 40 fluorescence-based flow cytometry.

- Capable of running highly overlapping dyes together on co-expressed markers in the same panel (e.g. APC and Alexa 647).

- Extract autofluorescence from samples, improving resolution in normally problematic sample types (e.g. tumors, lung tissue homogenate).
- Upgradable from 3-lasers (violet, blue, red) and 38 fluorescence detectors to 5 lasers (UV, violet, blue, yellow-green, red) and 64 fluorescence detectors.
